Security Agent

Description of Duties
  • Conducts him or herself in accordance with all Department of Business and Professional Regulation standards and the Company’s internal policies and procedures.
  • Patrols gaming areas and grounds to establish security presence and reports all unusual situations and suspicious persons.
  • Monitors through inspection and observations all activities within the facility.
  • Observes, records and reports any unusual incidents and occurrences including medical situations.
  • Prepares Security Incident or Accident Reports as required.
  • Prepares follow-up to reports when necessary.
  • Provides excellent customer service to ensure positive guest experiences.
  • Knowledgeable of all current marketing events happening to promote and assist our patrons.
  • Stands post to ensure alertness in the casino.
  • All other duties assigned.
Work Requirements
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • 1+ years of previous security experience preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
  • Must be able to stand for long durations of time.
  • Must be able to respond calmly to emergency situations.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.

Maintenance Technician

Description of Duties
  • Daily maintains facility with necessary repairs.
  • Moves inventory when necessary.
  • Sets up equipment.
  • Assists with performing plumbing, carpentry, drywall and electrical procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Work Requirements
  • High School Diploma, or 2+ Years of general maintenance background preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing and drywall.
  • Knowledge of electrical is a plus.

Housekeeper

Description of Duties
  • Ensures all areas of the facility, poker room, and BOH sensitive areas are ready for operation by thoroughly cleaning, dusting and polishing all areas when facility is closed.
  • Ensures all public areas of facility and casino are maintained for daily operations by thoroughly cleaning, dusting and polishing all customer areas.
  • Follows all safety guidelines and organizational policies.
  • Uses all appropriate housekeeping equipment to perform the job.
  • Maintains clean floors by waxing and vacuuming carpeted areas.
  • Ensures that all trash cans are changed on a regular basis.
  • All other assigned duties.
Work Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent, or 2+ years of housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
  • Must be familiar with all housekeeping equipment.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.

IT Support Specialist

Description of Duties
  • Is responsible for oversight of daily IT department operations
  • Is responsible for infrastructure system security.
  • Is responsible for oversight of all Audio Visual systems and Simulcast signals.
  • Is responsible for network maintenance and monitoring.
  • Supervises troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
  • Responsible for all help-desk activities.
  • Responds to all escalated help-desk issues.
  • Ensures company compliance with all Department of Business and Professional Regulation requirements as set forth in regulation 61D-14.
  • Oversees and prioritizes end-user support system.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Work Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in IT related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience working in the IT field with at least 2 of those years working on system administration.
  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
  • CompTIA A+, Network + and/or Security + a plus.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) a plus.
  • Microsoft Certification a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and current trends in technology.
  • Technical Knowledge of Microsoft products, Linux, and storage technologies.
  • Strong technical knowledge of active-directory , samba and iscsi.
  • Strong technical knowledge of networking (Vlans, VPN, IPsec, static routes, and Firewalls).
  • Strong technical knowledge of visualization systems (Proxmox and Vmware).
  • Strong technical knowledge of network security systems (IDS, IPS, CF and DPI ).
  • Skilled in backup and disaster recovery planning and implementation.
  • Experience in dealing with disaster recovery and backup systems.
  • Experience with VOIP telephony communications.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL database administration.
  • Must possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
